Rita Conley is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant with over 20 years of experience in human capital management across various industries, including healthcare, construction, retail, medical devices, professional services, and manufacturing. As the principal consultant at Rita B. Conley & Associates, she collaborates with businesses of all sizes to enhance employee engagement, develop leadership capabilities, and streamline HR operations.

Rita's career includes pivotal roles such as Vice President of Human Resources, HR Business Partner, and HR Consultant for renowned organizations. Her expertise spans talent acquisition strategies, organizational transformations, and improving employee experiences to drive business success.

Rita earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Beach State University and an MBA from the University of Redlands.
